Plastic surgeons have various techniques available to alleviate the problem which will most likely be discussed with you when you meet him or her. The most often performed technique is with the use of an inverted T-shape incision that is similar to the most common incision used in a mastopexy. Many plastic surgeons offer new techniques, but most of these techniques won't apply to many patients.
